My recent purchases...

A lot of shops seem to be having mid-season sales ATM. So I finally gave in and went shopping. I had few things on my wishlist and needed few basics so I ended up getting...

1. WITCHERY

Amy Nude Pumps...RRP$149.95...paid $63.96

Witchery currently has 20% off already reduced items. I really wanted these shoes when they were just got reduced to $99.95. However I saw many pairs in store and decided to wait...Then price came donw to $79.95 and with 20% off I ended up paying less than half of RRP!

I love them! They will go with almost anything, wide heel makes them very comfortable and patent leather wears a lot better than regular leather. I always had a good luck with Witchery shoes and been buying them for years.

2. COUNTRY ROAD

Country Road has 25% off already reduced items.

 Drop Shoulder T-Shirt RRP$49.95...paid $14.96
Basic loose-fitting semi-sheer tee. It is made from linen blend fabric so it flows nicely. I see myself wearing it a lot. I needed a good-fitting white tee, this one ticked all the boxes!

White Studded Sweat Tee RRP$59.95...paid $22.46

Made from thick cotton so it is perfect for Brisbane winter! I am also planning to wear it to work, teamed with skinny black pants and ballet flats

Sateen 3/4 Pant RRP$99.00...paid $44.96

I can finally wear white pants without being self-conscious! This pair fits nicely and not too see-through. I've been wearing my River Island black skinny jeggings all the time so this pair is a welcome addition to my basics range.

MYER

McQ by Alexander McQueen skirt RRP$550...paid $88.00

I wanted a nice tulle skirt for over a year now. In 2011 I started watching Sex and the City and was inspired by the tulle skirt Carrie was wearing. I found this one on the 75% off rack and it was my size! The sales lady in Myer City was very nice too and made my buy of the months even more special.

EBAY

Maurie and Eve Lapis Pants RRP$139.95...paid $52

Finally I found a pair of loose fitting print pants for under $70!

I did all this shopping with my Ebay proceeds. I've sold over 30 items in the last 30 days. I must say that the majority of my Ebay money will go towards the final wedding expenses. I can't believe it is only 3 weeks away...eek...

  1. Lovely shoes :) I've never thought of buying shoes at Witchery, but I'll have to check them out. Did you go to the DFO? *can't seem to find that shoe on their site*
